Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the access to and use of the LifePlanner website and tools. By purchasing or using LifePlanner, you accept these terms.

Intellectual property

All elements of LifePlanner (the HTML, CSS and JavaScript source code, the architecture of the tools, the design, the interfaces, the texts, the « LifePlanner » name and logo) are protected by Swiss copyright law (Federal Copyright Act, CopA / LDA, RS 231.1) and by international conventions. Computer programs are expressly protected as works (art. 2 para. 3 CopA). Jason Chevalley is the sole holder of these rights.

License

Purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license, limited to the buyer's private use. One purchase corresponds to a single user. No transfer of intellectual property takes place.

Prohibitions

Without prior written authorization, the following are strictly prohibited: copying, reproducing, distributing, reselling, sharing, publishing or making available all or part of the tools; hosting or redistributing them on any other medium or website; modifying them for redistribution; decompiling or reverse-engineering; circumventing, removing or disabling the technical protection measures or the license-verification system; sharing, publishing or reselling a license key.

Enforcement

Any violation may result in immediate revocation of the license without refund, as well as civil (art. 62 CopA) and criminal (art. 67 and 69a CopA) proceedings.

The tools are provided "as is", for personal organization purposes. They do not constitute financial, medical, legal or professional advice. You remain responsible for the decisions you make based on their use.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be subject to the ordinary courts of Switzerland, subject to any mandatory legal venue.
