Terms of Sale

Product

LifePlanner is a suite of standalone HTML tools. It is sold as a one-time purchase — there is no subscription and no recurring billing.

Prices

Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF). Any applicable taxes are handled at checkout by the payment platform.

Payment & delivery

Payment and delivery are processed through Gumroad (Gumroad, Inc.). Access to the product is granted immediately after payment, via the download and the license key provided by Gumroad.

Right of withdrawal & refunds

Swiss law does not provide for a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. LifePlanner nonetheless offers a 30-day money-back guarantee: if the product does not suit you, contact contact@lifeplnr.com within 30 days of purchase to obtain a refund. Refunds are processed via the Gumroad platform, in accordance with its refund policy. For EU customers, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose performance has begun with the customer's express consent; the 30-day guarantee above applies instead.

Warranty

The statutory warranty for defects applies in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO, RS 220). If a tool is defective or does not match its description, contact contact@lifeplnr.com and we will provide a fix or a replacement.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be subject to the ordinary courts of Switzerland, subject to any mandatory legal venue.
