Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 June 2026

This policy explains how LifePlanner handles personal data. It complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP / nLPD, RS 235.1, in force since 1 September 2023) and, for customers in the European Union, with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your data stays on your device. The LifePlanner tools run offline in your browser. The content you create (budgets, goals, habits, journals, etc.) is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and is never transmitted to a LifePlanner server. We never see it.

Data processed by third parties

To sell and operate the product, the following service providers may process limited data (such as your e-mail address and purchase details). Each acts under its own privacy policy:

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts to render its typography; this may expose your IP address to Google. The tools themselves load no external resources.

Purpose & legal basis

Data is processed solely to deliver the product, provide support, and comply with legal obligations (e.g. accounting). We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising profiling.

Retention

Purchase and billing data is kept for as long as required by law. Data stored locally in your browser remains under your control and can be deleted at any time by clearing your browser storage.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, receive (data portability) and erase your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@lifeplnr.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority โ€” in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); in the EU, your national data protection authority.
